The information you need is on the server at the office. You need to have someone look at it to help you.

Why did you post this message 3 times?

sorry for posting that message 3 times but i need to finish this problem until tommorow evening

btw i am asking something easy hope where can i find the URL yesterday i open all the linux folders from sugar but i didn't know where exactly to look i found a lot of things.
I download the manual instalation the part which you setup your Site Configuration is the place you put the url.

''The URL setting is your Sugar URL. Normally the default value is used."

This is what i need so .. anyone of you know where is this config with the url or if anyone know the type of the url which i remember it was like
    http:// name or ip /_______/index.php?module=Home&action=index

the url to join your server from browser from your home ?? not via sugarcrm site...

This is going to be in your config.php file on your web server. We're not going to have your web server information.

It's sometimes sugarcrm, mine is just crm, some people install them on the root directory... but we don't know how you set it up.

Well, if it's a Linux server (depending on distro) it's somewhere at the webroot:
/var/www/{sugar something} Then look in the config.php it should show the site_url.

Though it doesn't have to if it wasn't configured past the default install or copied and not updated. But if you're on that machine just run ifconfig and it will tell you the local ip. Look for eth0 or eth1. If you can use a name to access the server you should be able to find that in your dns server's entries.
