I have been working with reports for many 4 hours trying to figure out how to get an accurate monthly sales report looking at Closed Accepted quotes during a certain time period--and as far as I can tell it can't be done. Here are the problems--

- I can't run on the Products module because uou can't multiply Quantity * Price---meaning if you run the report on the products module it is not accurate. (I have a customer who bought 10 items at $100 each, Sugar reports counts that as $100, not $1000)

- I can't run on the Quotes module either because I cannot sort sales by date. There is no field of when the sale took place. There is a date entered field--but we enter proposals as quotes, with a status of pending, and then change to Closed Accepted later--so I have no way of telling accurately when the order actually became Closed Accepted...meaning I can't run monthly, quarterly, or yearly reports. I could run that report on the Products module using Purchased Date, but because of the above problem of not being able to get Quantity*Price, that doesn't work either.
