I'm using ws2003 + SugarSpike420 + SugarCRM 4.2.1 (french version from www.corratech.fr)

Each time a user logs in, the system asks for his timezone. Not only for the 1st time as it is supposed to work.
The login url always ends with login&gmto=-60
I tried to uncheck the admin option "check for timezone at logon" (translation), doesn't work
Same thing if i want to change the system settings - the GUI says nothing after clicking the save button but I go back to the menu, I discover the changes have not been saved.
I searched the forum for hours and found issues about rights. I installed SugarCRM with administrator account, i gave Everybody (to verify) the full access for the SugarCRM folder (and subfolders). I checked the security tab of config.php file. I also gave the full privilege for sugarcrm and root MySQL accounts to the sugarcrm DB.
I tried to patch with 4.5 version but the french version seems to be not compatible with 4.5 yet.
Don't know what to do .
Some help pleaz.
