When I upload SugarSuite-Patch-4.2.0.zip via the SugarCRM upgrade wizard it give me an error message:

There was an error uploading the file, please try again!

It takes long enough that I think it must have uploaded the whole thing. But just in case, what directory do patches/upgrades get written to so I can double-check that it is writeable.
