Hi,
I would like to use the case module but I really don't understand how companies can use it as is:
it's missing the basic concept of action log and history log.
How did you manage to use it without being able to add comments and list all of them on the same page?
We don't want to use the note module because it's adding too many steps to edit a ticket and it doesn't appear right away if you run a list view of tickets.
=> I'm planning to create a logic hook on the case module to update the worklog field with any additional comment (comment being a custom field) and time stamp. I will also have to make the worklog field read-only.
Does anyone have a better idea?
