What search values does the Outlook Plugin use when trying to find an existing Case to archive an email to?

Where can they be changed?

When I am trying to archive an email from Outlook to an existing Case in Sugar I am having trouble finding the Case. The search returns no results when I use a variety of Fields from the Case (ie Account name, Grower Contact). Is it searching based on the Case number or words from the Subject?

HELP!!!
