Default Change the create date of cases

    Hello to everyone!

How can I change the create date of the opened cases?

I performed an import of old cases, but some of these cases have been created in the SugarCRM with the date 31/12/1969, and some were created with the original dates without major problems.

    Thanks for any help!

You will have to change the created on date in the DB directly.

    Hello,

I would suggest, if you already have a file which you have used to import cases, remove the cases you imported.
And double check the field which is creating problem in normal editor like, notepad or notepad++.
Date format should be exactly the same than what you have chose as your default date format.
    Thumbs up.

I think this is incorrect. When importing Cases in Sugar you do not have the option to import a created on date.
