    Default Change the type of case?

    Hi,

    Where can I find the option to add to the type field in cases? I've looked everywhere, but can't seem to locate it.

    Login as an Admin level user and click Admin > Drop Down Editor. You'll want to edit the list defined by the entry named case_type_dom
