I'm using SugarCRM 4.5 OS.
When I export account list to CSV file, the CSV file can't view unicode character in MS Excel 2003.
But I view the CSV file in Notepad++, it work fine !
My config.php file:
'default_charset' => 'UTF-8'
'default_export_charset' => 'UTF-8'
