Clean install but can't login

I have completed the installation and everything appears to have finished normally. The only thing at all out of the ordinary was that it could not write the config.php file and I had to manually create it and upload it.

After completing the Registration Wizard on step 8, I am directed to the log in page and when I try to click the User Name text box on the log in form it is disabled and won't let me select it. I CAN select the password field but not the User Name field. I can't any other posts on the system with a similar error.

I'm running on a Windows 2003 / IIS server with PHP 4.4.4 and MySQL 4.1.21 -- Everything on the required list is fine but I'm not running the optional modules of IMAP Module; cURL Module; or PHP-JSON Module yet.

Any advice is most welcome!

Update: I figured out my problem but thought I would post it just to share with others...

I am also using Dreamweaver MX to maintain the Sugar site and upload it to my server. I had turned on the file cloaking feature of Dreamweaver when I setup the site at first. The cloak kept my png and fla files from being uploaded to the server. Without the png files, the Sugar logo files that are required under the license did not upload and therefore the site would not load. Uploaded the png and fla files and everything works great now!
