How do I clear appointments (meetings and calls) from the initial screen (scheduled appointments) without deleting the history of them? I have not found a way. (No one responded to the last question I posted so I am keeping my fingers crossed.)

Is everything in Sugar modifiable by user or consultant? I guess I mean - is this product simply a platform to generate consultant business?
