Can we do like clients login in sugar CRM... because we are a web development company... we are looking for our clients to come and login to our site and submit their requests. can this be done.

their requests can be as tasks which can be further assigned to a employee.

use a web friendly portal like Joomla and the soap api to create new requests and a custom module in sugarcrm to handle the requests
