Hi All,
This one is a bit of mystery. We use the Community Version of SugarCRM and we've assigning Phone Calls to contacts, as you do.
But the mystery is that we've got 5 calls still displaying under Activities->Call List
All the calls are set to Outbound, HELD so in theory they should disappear?
We've entered in a stack of other calls exactly the same (from what I'm told) and they don't appear in this list and I can't seem to "close" them off.
Help!?
