Code consistency problems

Just spotted what I consider quite serious meaning 2 modules in sugar standard OS doing basically the same thing, ACLRoles & Roles, basically looking like 2 separate development without any link between those 2.
How come Roles can end up not being editable in the Admin tab, but used in security_utils and the TabController,... but then redondant with ACLRoles?!

For this specific issue: I would propose that the 'Roles' should be removed... and ACLRoles used for tab display for instance.


Can we try to list such issues, for the Sugar team to work on in the next patch/version... and for eveyrone to be aware of when trying to understand for instance. Why the Documents tab are displayed even if the Documents module is Disabled in one's ACLRoles ... and when Roles are not accessible from the Admin tab at all.
