Collaboration Sought In Use of SugarCRM in Financial Services

Hello everyone, I am writing on behalf of Global Capital Markets, an investment bank with 4 offices in different locations throughout California. Our business includes, but is not limited to Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Finance and other conventional investment banking activities.

As Global Capital Markets grows and increasingly coordinates activities of larger project teams, many times in disparate locations, a robust, user friendly, custom developed CRM system is paramount to the continued development of the business.

Upon thorough research, we have chosen to implement Sugar CRM community edition for the purpose. We think the open-source nature of the software grants more flexibility. And we are extremely glad to see Sugar has this active and friendly community to continue the product’s development.

So we are here to say hi to everyone, and using this chance to pose a question as well, are there any other Investment Banking, Financial Advisory or other professional services firms that would be willingly to collaborate with respect to their CRM experience?

We are interested in the experience and “lessons learned” of other similar firms that have selected and implemented the SugarCRM program. If Global Capital Markets progresses in our adoption we would be happy to similarly share ideas and experiences.
