I have missed it in the Exchange and in various forums here - except one potential collaboration Dashlet? - but I would like to share information on how to use the SCRM system itself with other users and do so with an internal tool if such exists. I know we could store a document, or a few, and share ideas there, but a wiki or a forum within SCRM would be nice. Can something like this be done with existing tools?
