Comparing 4.5.0h and 4.5.1 with japanese patch

I would like to know the difference between Sugar 4.5.0h(Complete Japanese version) and Sugar 4.5.1with japanese patch. Is there any specific language or functionality based differences? Which is preferable?

Hi

Please use 4.5.0h Japanese version for a while. We've not released 4.5.1 Japanese yet. Since we completely rewrote PDF, reporting, email, installer, file management, all of ediview, etc. to make 4.5.0h work in multi-byte, it will be better than 4.5.1 in these areas.
