    Default Complex Searches

Hi all and crongrats on a great product.

Please can someone advise me how to complete complex searches. For example: I want to search Accounts for companies that I have made sales to in 2003, are located USA and have >200 employees.

    TIA,

    James

    Hi James!

I also have to make complex searches.

I'm presently evaluating SugarCRM for my organisation.

I'm used to ACT! in which I can write very complex queries including AND, OR, NOT and Parentheses.

For example, I would like to search for all contacts related to accounts having some characteristics (number of employees, industriel sectors, states, etc.

    Is it possible into SugarCRM.

    Thanks

    Pierre

    Hi

You can use the SugarCRM professionnal version and the reports module or add a reports software like ZuckerReports.

    Hi Samuel,

    Thanks for your answer.

My objective is not to get a report but to send an email to the result of the query.

Is it possible to do that with the professionnal version of SugarCRM? With a report software like ZuckerReports?

    Thanks

    Pierre

    Hi,

With SugarCRM we are able to export the result of a query that include that can be a little complex (see pictures in attachment). You can export the result to an Excel file and send it by email.
On other hand you can use ZuckerReports that allow you to write your own query. You can export the result in pdf for example.
