Hi Guys,
We have about 2300 contacts imported in Sugar, when I create a case and search the client list I can only see 450 contacts.... any ideas why or how to fix it ?

I think should check database after import.
I prefer tool 'phpMyadmin' it can show record to you.if It show record complete .I think you have problume about import file.

Try to Check if contacts is not deleted in the database. (deleted = 1)

You mean that's only 450 records shown in listview.
One more hint is to try the query that the system is making to retrieve the records.
Open the file modules/Contacts/Contact.php. There's a function that make a query for the listview. the function is create_list_query
