I instaledl sugaCRM using sugarcrm-os-5.0.0b-x86-disc1.iso which was on http://www.sugarcrm.com/crm/download/wizard.

Hi.
For support, try contacting the developer of the Teams module you are using.
Note that I'm just guessing that the problem is with Teams. You have other modules installed which could be responsible or it could be something else entirely.
When did the problem start? What did you do the system just prior to the problem's appearance?
If it's a new system, can you start from scratch, installing then testing each module?

we notices the problem on day before yesterday
I did not do any thing on the production system, I have same clone on test environment.(both production and test systems are vmware ESX server 3.5 images)
yes, this is a fairly new system intact we gone live on 1st of Jan
I can do a rebuild from the scratch, also I dint want the any module to be installed. but there are about 50 to 60 contacts and 40 to 50 users records already in the system. How can I import those items in to new system.
Can I do a mysqldump and restore on new system. ?
please validate below process before I apply to production system
workaround was done on production identical Test server
1) I removed some of modules including team (Please see the attachment)
2) then I took mysqldump
3) restored it on fresh sugarCRM system
now I can see the contact list from any user account
Can I apply this procedure to production System
