Contacts List has all names the same.

After entering a new contact I return to the Contacts Tab, this gives me a list of all contacts in the system.
My problem is all the "Names' are the same, and its My Name.

When I click on a contact to view the record it brings up the correct record but still has my name in the "Name:" field.
All other data is correct to that person.

Am I doing something wrong or is this a glitch.

Using Version 4.5.1e (Build 1049)

Found the problem. Under "My Account" , "Local Settings", "Name Display Format", my real name was inserted instead of "f l"

All is right now.
