    Default Contacts Module

    Hi all,
Very new to sugar CRM so please forgive my question.

I wanted to know if sugarCRM is able to manage the following scenario.

If I have a group of 20 people split up into 4 teams each of 5.
Each team has a contact list that I wish to load into sugar CRM.

However I want to restrict access to the contacts based on what team people are in.

I initially set of in creating 4 roles. and assigning each team member to a role,
However it seems you can only manage access to contacts based on a ON/Off type method.

    Can anyone help?

    Thanks
    Steve

You should consider adding the Teams module to your system. It should handle your scenario quite nicely.
