contacts & quotes sub panels problem

I have a problem that i can see one of contracts & quotes sub panels in the accounts modules.
I want to see these two sub panels listed when i view an account details.

I added the relationship between accounts and both contracts and quotes, but no way.

Kindly any one can tell me how can i fix this such problem

enable subpanels in detailview by customizing view.detail.php of that module
