Convert ACT! 2006 to SugarCRM

I only found a few messages about converting ACT! (specifically, ACT! 2000 and ACT! 6) database data to SugarCRM, but no good responses.

Is there a way to import the data? Or are there any consultants or services that do this for a fee? We are very interested.

ACT! is a rather popular CRM package, so I'm thinking somebody must have looked into this.

Or so I hope.. ;-)

If you are able to get a copy of the ACT! database you could pay someone with a little PHP know how for a few hours of work to write a script which reads one database and writes the appropriate fields to the other.
