Is there any way to convert a Case to an opportunity? We are using Sugar Portal via joomla plugin for customer self service. The only modules that work with the portal are cases and knowledge base. We want a customer to be able to submit a "case" or service request and be able to convert this into an opportunity, project, or something that will get it into our workflow.

I have tried using workflow definitions but cant get the fields to populate. Only create "New Opp".

Thanks for any suggestions. I am currently on a Sugar Pro evaluation looking to run Sugar Pro on site after the evaluation period.
