when a sales rep converts a lead to a contact - the owner of that lead is still me the admin is I am importing the leads for everyone - when I am logged in as the user - I cant get the convert lead to show that user I am logged in as the owner.

question does the convert lead to contact option work?


right now I ave to convert to lead 2 x's as the user - then I have to look at the lead and reassign the user from admin to the user I am logged in .
