Copy custom field's value

Hi guys,

I have created a custom field name "myid" in Product Catalog object. The custom field will be filled in everytime I create a new product in the Product Catalog. This works fine.

The problem that I have now is when I insert a product from the Product Catalog into a Quate, SugarCRM will help me to create a product record in Product object with name, description, and pricing. However, the value of the "myid" custom field is not brought over into the new Product record.

Is there any way to make SugarCRM copy the value of the "myid" custom field from Product Catalog object into Product object automatically when I insert a product into a Quote?

Note: I'm using sugar On-Demand.
