    Default copy project with tasks

    What I want:
I want to create a project with lots of tasks in it, then duplicate that project with all the takes and assign it to another client. After we sign up a customer support and start checking off tasks inside the project without having to create new tasks.....

A modules or is this already in Sugar? I cant find it!

This is not core functionality in SugarCRM and you'd need to cut some custom code to do this.

I've been looking for the same functionality. I'm not sure what the benefit of being able to create a project template is if it doesn't save the detail. I was on the phone yesterday with Sugar and they suggested that I use Cases for this function, but I can't see how that would work.

Not sure if this is still required, but when you click on the project from the project list, you can duplicate the project including tasks.

Not sure if thats what you want to do. But it's something we needed as most of our jobs have the same tasks.
