You could do this via the Workflow Automation in the Pro or Enterprise versions, but not in Open Source.Originally Posted by youssefaoun
I don't believe this is possible, at least not without some custom programming work, as there isn't a built in way to parse out different sections of an e-mail. In your earlier question, it would create a bug entry, but with static text.
