Default Create task based on date of last contact

This seems straightforward, but I can’t find a solution. I checked previous form posts, but maybe I’m just not searching for the right thing….

Basically, I would like SugarCRM to create a task when a lead hasn’t been contacted for a certain amount of time (say 30 days). So it would check the history (calls, e-mails, meetings) and, if there hasn't been any contact in the past 30 days, it would create a task for the person assigned to the lead letting them know the lead is getting stale.

We are running 6.0 CE, and I have Process Manager installed.

Thank you! Sorry if I’m missing something obvious. =)

    Hello,

This requires customization. Create a script according your needs and set a scheduler which runs on a specified time period.
    Thumbs up.

Did you ever get this done? We are looking for a way to see if our sales team is calling back as scheduled and if not a report showing how far behind schedule based on timelines set on last modified field.
