creating appointments for any user

Hi I'm a new bie to sugar crm.

I've one specific requirement for assigning appointments to other users. I want any user create an appointment for any other user.
For instance say my cust rep creates an appointment for my sales guy. Also they should be able to view every ones calender.

Plz help me to do such if it is possible.

Just create a meeting and select via the filed "assign to" who you want to be responsible for the meeting.

You can view all meetings/appointements all over a given week by clicking in Calender on the button "Shared"

As you see, fairly easy.
