Creating custom views in Sugar?

Hey everyone I'm evaluating Sugar as we use Salesforce. In Leads for example we have many custom fields such as Lead Company which is a drop down, or we have Campaign code which is a text field.

Right now my users go into Leads in salesforce, click Create new View and then it gives them tons of options to do filters and so on. So they can say campaign code = xyzcampaign, lead company = "company a" etc, customize their columns and what not and then save it. Then when they click leads they can change the drop down to select their saved views.

I can't seem to figure out how to do this in Sugar? I click Advanced Search which looks sort of like what I need, but it's all default fields, it doesn't list my custom ones. I went to Studio and clicked Search but it doesn't let me add fields. Am I missing something?

In admin->Studio->(Module Name, e.g. Leads)->Layouts->Basic Search/Advanced Search you define which fields will be visible for searching in the listview. Just move the fields you want to see from "Hidden" column to "Default" column and those you won't see from "Default" to "Hidden" and do a "Save & Deploy".


[Btw: In our company we did the move from Salesforce to Sugar four years ago and I think this was a good decision ... Our users are very satisfied with the Sugar solution.]

Thanks for your help! I see it now, I'm using a Mac and with Lion it doesn't show scroll bars properly until you actually scroll so I didn't even know I could scroll down. Thanks!
