    Unhappy Creating New Field:Stumped

I go to create a new field on the leads edit view. When I place the field on my layout only the field appears and not the field label. What am I doing wrong?

You have to move the label over seperatly. It is also listed in the list on the left.

Follow up question: Now that I have created this field, is there any way to get this field searchable on the advance search page (for leads)?

AFAIK, not without chaging the code.
