Creating opportunity reports

We have SugarCRM on demand Professional. I am trying to create an opportunity report that lists all the activity for each opportunity for each of sale people, but are having a hard time creating a report that is easy to read. Does anyone have any advice on styles or tips to create a easy to understand report for a given product for all sales people that lists all calls, emails, meetings, etc for the last 2 weeks?
