creating survey form

i would like to create a survey form in my sugarcrm like lime survey? anyone know on how to do it? or is there any plug-in that i can use?

There's no survey form per se ... but you could use a web to lead form with custom fields but would have to do the anlysis manually (export to a spreadsheet perhaps)

Hi June,

We have a Survey System for SugarCRM 5.5.1. It is based on Lime Survey but built within and fully integrated with SugarCRM. You create the surveys inside SugarCRM. Send them to Contacts, Leads or Users, and see the results with reports and charts in the Sugar Reports module.

We are using it internally now in the final stage of preparing it for release as a commercial product.

Hi Jeff,

1. It's not absolutely necessary to use Sugar Pro, but the versions we have put in production all use Pro for the Reports module.

2. It is currently compatible with 5.5.1. We have upgraded the platform to 6.1, but there remains some work to be done to update the survey system itself.
