Creating a tab with multiple modules in it on top navbar

Like the 'Activities' tab which has the Calls and Meetings modules [how would/could i do this?]

Also, how would i change 'say' 'Create Task' to 'Add Task' in the shortcuts menu? would i have to edit some php file(s)?

Go inside modules/Tasks/Language/en_us.lang.php and change create task to add task.

This is not an upgrade safe approach.
Implement this change into custom/Extension/modules/Tasks/Ext/Language/en_us.lang.ext.php.
Obviously create the folders and file if they don't exist.

Go to Admin -> Repair -> Rebuild Extensions
