Creation of custom folder under Inbox and error in email syncing

Hi,

Firstly, I would like to know how to create a custom folder (say "Sent") under Inbox.
Secondly, I have installed the Opacus Lite Plugin to sync between Outlook and Sugarcrm.
Mails sent from Outlook are not being synced with the Sugarcrm's Sent folder. Is there a way to do it or is anything incorrectly implemented ?

Also, when I first configured an account in Outlook it sent out a Test Message.
The same account when configured in Sugarcrm shows the Test Message in the Inbox but without any date.
In fact, when the emails are sorted date-wise, the Test Message appears at the very bottom.

Can anyone suggest a solution for the above problems?
