CRM - Loyalty Program

Hello @all,

since my company implemented a customer loyalty program 2 years ago and they handled the upcoming Data via Excel, the time has come to get a suitable technical solution to enhance the work of our staff. The loyalty program includes managing customer Data and product Data linked with a Point/Gift System (as in Payback Systems) for rewarding customers. Every sold product includes a coupon which the customer can filled out and send back to us. after that he will get points which he can collect and redeem for gifts.

So my question is: Is it possible to do this with Sugar CRM? Is it possible to get a Customer Lyalty software through updation Sugar CRM with new Moduls?..

It would be great if someone could help me...I am at the moment analyzing suitale technical solutions.

Sugar is a very extendible and flexible solution. In essence, if it's even remotely remoted to the concepts of an account, and a customer, then adding additional modules to capture the extra requirements you suggest sounds very feasible and pretty straight forward.

A full and detailed answer would require indepth understanding of your requirements, but my instinct is that you would certainly be able to adapt Sugar to these needs.
