CRM Quotes don't seem to Auto-Populate

Problem Details: When she goes into Quotes and clicks Add Row >> Select, she comes to the Product Catolog Search. Under Category she types: %Main.
The information does not auto-populate the record when clicking the link. Yet it seems to populate when the user clicks on other searches results. The user is running Firefox, but says the same happens in IE.

Can you make sure the auto populate doesn´t work only on Quotes? Or does this happen in all auto populate features around your SugarCRM?

Each quote is different, but this seems pretty inconsistent...We could not click on a five pack the other day and had to go to full license route to adding the amount of licenses we needed for this particular quote. Could you please give me some suggestions, as the user is getting a bit uneasy. Thanks.
