CRM solution for financial and insurance segment

I am looking for a complete CRM solution specialized for the financial and insurance segment.

Is these any solution for such kind of needs?
Is it possible to customise SugarCRM for this industry?

We are in the financial industry and are using it with no problems (other than a few reported bugs).

I know this thread is aged, but I found it and also need CRM for insurance.

BUT I need the CRM to work in coordination with DB from existing solution which is especially for insurance.

The solution is from IDIT, I found a page in their official website which talks about CRM for insurance which is very basic.

Anyone got experience with that kind of interoperability in insurance office?
