Cross referencing accounts, contacts and campaigns

Hi, I see that campaigns can be associated with contacts. I need to associate campaign records with account records and with contacts at those specific accounts. The only way to associate campaigns with accounts is indirectly - through specific contacts. Is there a way to associate or attach campaign records directly with both accounts and contacts?

you need the target list can add account. I have solve this problem.
