Custom Field addition

Hi,
Sorry, if this sounds like a dumb question.....
I added a custom field in the Contact module(detialview ).
If i am not mistaken, i need to drag and drop this filed (in Field Layout tab) in the area of TOOLBOX.
The problem is i can drag the custom field but can't seem to drop it...i know it sounds silly...

Any other way of adding a field.....

Any help is appreciated.....

I think you need to go to "Edit Rows" first, and create a space to drop the field in...

Can't seem to get it working...need to play around a bit..

Another thing though....when i convert a lead, i get the folloing error.
The contact is created OK but not the Acoount
I added a custom field(website) but deleted it....was unable to display on the detai view.

never mind...fixed it...was pretty obvious ,anyway
