Custom module peculiar error

I have the 5.0 upgrded to 5.1.

I build three custom modules. The first module shown on the tabs and is working fine.
The other two, which have a relation to the first module many-to-one, shown nowhere except module Builder.

Any help?

Hi JL

In the Module Builder did you uncheck the checkbox "Navigation Tab" for these two modules?
