Custom Pipeline

I am trying to build custom Lead chart pipeline exactly as default opportunity sales_stage pipeline. In stead of opportunity module I am using Lead module and instead of sales_stage field I am using status filed from Leads.

I have changed all the variables adjusted related php pages, the new lead status pipeline loads but unfortunately it doesn’t show any data on the chart. I can select dates, users and statuses fine but pipeline doesn’t show anything.

Another thing is that, when I select and generate data on the original opportunity sales stage pipeline the same data pipeline I get on the one that I have customized. I can not keep them together I have to remove one to use the other otherwise when select data on one pipeline both pipelines have changing.

I have customized pie charts and they are working fine but pipeline is where I have problem with.

i have attached customized php code that i have modified. If anyone had build custom pipelines and can give me some guidelines where i went wrong I would be very thankful
