I want to customize somethings on sugarCRM 5.5

#1 TOP MENUS [ * My Account * | Employees * | Admin * | Get Help * | About ] - Want to hide gethelp/about
#2 Footer Can be customs? is that legal? if want to customize how to get legal ?
#3 how to Hide Boxes at HOMEPAGE like [DISCOVER SUGAR | SUGAR NEWS | MYCALLS | MY MEETINGS.... ]
#4 to remove button at HOMEPAGE at right below the menu tabs [ADD SUGAR DATALETS | HELP ICON]
#5 at footer if we change the copyright pic it will get doupleup... one is from the real path andother is frm cache folder. this one will generate automatically or it will doubleup?
