Hi,
We are trying to setup sugar CRM for our company, Please dictate us to start with our required system.

steps in our system:
1) we are receiving customer query to book hotels from our few sites.
2) we distribute emails to few employee
2) We are replying to customer for rate detail and availability.
3) based on the customer responses, we book hotel or conversation is on.

we want each customer query and their conversation in Sugar CRM.

Currently we are trying with Community edition.

Can you people Dictate us, what are modules that we have to use for our system

don't know any specific module that's suit your requirement(if there). but you can design custom module using module builder. just select basic module and modify it's fields or add new fields like (Customer_query :--- we are receiving customer query to book hotels from our few sites.), one email fields (default given in module builder you can pick it up.),one for price(rate), one for availability(available,not available). and final for book(booked,pending,cancel)..

you just have to create custom fields and use some default to sort your issue not big deal.
