We are looking at using Sugar for use with our center that handles both in and out bound calls.

What I was hoping for is that a manager could quickly assign a list of leads to be called to each sales staff. I don't see how that can be done, unless it involves assigning calls individually. Am I missing something here?

My second question-- we have a variety of performance-based incentives in place. Is there a way to generate a daily activity list or report for each user's activity in the CRM? Can a report be generated within Sugar that lists calls made, and the outcomes of those calls? I see that each call can be treated as an activity, and listed that way, but there are no time-based parameters for searching or generating reports. What would the best way to obtain metrics on what en employee did, based on their CRM activity, for a given day or week?
