Dashlets - add filters in fields to a table related in join

Hallo world,
is it possible in a dashlet to add filters in fields belonging to a table related in join?
I created a lead dashlet and I need to add the filter “ campaign starting date”. For example: such dashlet should be able to extract all leads created by campaigns of previous year.

How can I do this?

It is possible but requires:

• customize dashlet class;
• extend module class;
• create extended vardefs;

You need good php and SugarCRM skills to accomplish such task.
