Data confidentiality between users

I would like to know if it's possible to prevent several users to see other users datas when they use Sugar CRM. If the answer is yes, could you tell me how to do it ?

That is a feature of the Pro version of SugarCRM (teams). Though the opensource implementation of teams may work for you (see the downloads forum and sugarforge).

The Team modules (found only 2 versions) are for version 3.5.x, right ?
any other solution for Sugar OS 4.0.1 ?
