Hi,

I just wonder, what is the best way to clean the database used by SugarCrm ?

Typically, I am using SugarCRM for few time, with MySQL. and I suppose that one day, I would need to remove .... accounts which have no activity for the last 3 years for instance....

- Can I do that via SugarCrm itself ? or should I use something else applied on MySQL ?

...I would need to select companies, which have no Optys for the last 3 years... and remove (account, employees and Optys)

Any suggestions would be appreciate on methodes.... :-)
